The switch you wire up in the cabin is shorting out the switch under the hood essentially.

Our car is very sensitive when it comes to the voltage drop on the parking light circuit. I have power to the dash when set and power to the fuse for the cruise control but have no power to the pump. I wired everything in parallel, so any one component failure should not effect ANYTHING else in the circuit.
