Obviously the extra.assistant is NOT in the toolbox, but has to be started via the commandline from an elevated commandprompt. the only thing which is different here is that my setup does include a Symantec AV that's it... Outlook users in cached mode search the .OST file using Windows Desktop search. Pretty convincing.
