You can easily have the application set to a silent or progress install with no user input. Same problem here. You need to run the uninstall, reboor, run the uninstall again and then reinstall, making sure that there are no users logged in at the time. I have 4 accounts on each: 3 are administrator accounts, and one is a built in Guest account. do that and it should work..

Then I just clicked on a link out of the side bar menu and from there it all worked fine.
