This is how I was able to resolve it. I tried soo many times and soo many things, but flash never worked correctly. Reason for flash player issue exclusively in Chromium: The reason why this issue occurs only in Chromium is that until now Chromium used Netscape Plugin API for Flash support. Now I can watch iplayer again. Word for a non-mainstream belief accepted as fact by a sub-culture? If you want Flash so bad, just keep up a secondary operating system in Windows. Pepperflashplugin-nonfree looking for this fix form last oneday..but this is the best solution for this issue.
