wish I would of witten it down now lol So at the minute all locks are working as should, at least that saves me from having to lock the car open However, it would work if you actually inserted the key.Loads of thread around the web regarding this - most of which suggested WD40 (tried it, no luck) and fuse 63 (couldn't the key works fine and the reciever picks it up but has never functioned properly. This worked for me! You don't have to unplug it. You'd need to be sure it isn't the key that's at fault. have a peek at these guys Its an easy job and you cant go wrong.

Wait until learn mode times out (20 seconds) or switch the ignition back to ON. In my case it was full of grease. Remove the cables attached to it and leave it for approx 1hr. If it not try and get plyers on it and pull it to see if the door opens.
Strange though that i dont get the chime thing on mine, especially if it were the fob type. Then i short circuit these two wires myself to simulate how the car would respond. - The car responded exactly as described over, nothing worked.
