Yes No Thank you for your feedback! Go to your Galaxy S5, go to its System Settings, Go to Trusted Bluetooth Devices, if you see Sync, then Delete it. permalinkembedsaveparentgive gold[–]meshyf 0 points1 point2 points 1 year ago(0 children)Is your phone up to date? It's the third time in two months and it getting really annoying because the USB port doesn't work on Android and the Aux volume is pathetically low.

This sounds like you have the setting (on the Sync system or maybe on the phone) that puts the call into "Privacy Mode." This means the microphone for Sync is turned Now, try to use the steering wheel controls to see if the system is working properly. guess the phone was still asleep lol Quick Reply Reply ahrion View Profile View Forum Posts 10th March 2016, 01:33 AM |#6 Senior Member Thanks Meter: 1,913 More 2,002

When I go to delete it, with hopes of adding it again, nothing happens. Next, do the "clean" pairing. It should work better. But i didn't lose anything in the reset but did get back my blue tooth connectivity....
