I'm trying to combine 3 separate columns into one - the coulms are last, first, middle initial. I have tried typing in the following formula =CONCATENATE(B3,", ",C3," ",D3) For example B3 = Smith (insert comma) C3 = Bob (insert space) D3 = A. - the result never changed - for the entire column the result was exactly the same as row 3 (ie: if I concatenated Albert Einstein, that name filled down the column instead
