The cut action (ctrl+x or equivalent menu entry) erases the selected text as expected, but may not save to clipboard (text that was cut is lost!). Edit > Cut / Edit > Copy 2. Fabio, I am not able to reproduce it using the breakpoint you mentioned, but maybe I missed the point. I think that the last workaround does not solve the problem, but it is the less intrusive workaround.
