Please help, someone... Try a system restore back a day or two before this happened and see if that fixes it. But the keys worked fine, it was just when the keyboard went crazy was when the keys didn't work. It turned out to be a Trojan Horse infecting Explorer and it could be traced to a bogus ADOBE upload or patch in Explorer. Are any of the "lock" (scroll lock, num lock) keys accidentially tapped?
