With the screws removed, the dash assembly should be able to move, but the wiring behind it is likely not long enough to pull the cluster out from the dash.

I have had issues with the RPM gauge, Speedometer and tonight my fuel gauge finally crapped out. What Causes Dash Lights To Go Out could this be caused by the alternator not being completely mounted?
