We put 4 sticks in and the system booted straight away and showed all clear in BIOS. If a pin is broke, then warranty coverage could possibly become an issue. I have swapped them over together but still only the one slot is recognized.

At Last! Try loosing CPU cooler a bit and observe how motherboard straightens, but keep it tight enough to have good contact. But with one stick in any of the DIMM_A slots or even with both sticks in A1 and A2 the computer will boot no problem. Basically when I have RAM installed in 2 of the slots it just enters a reboot loop before BIOS.
